Clout Collective is a new Los Angeles-based startup that was founded by Arielle Frank in 2018. The company is dedicated to bringing more transparency to the world of influencer marketing and paid content creator partnerships. Imagine a Glassdoor for Instagram influencers, where creators can review brands and share how they were paid for different sponsorship collaborations — that’s Clout Collective.
Clout Collective is serving a creative pool of users so designing a unique brand aesthetic on the website was absolutely critical — a cookie-cutter tech platform-style template was not going to cut it. The mobile experience also needed to be as rich as desktop considering most of the referral traffic was coming from Instagram.

We met with Arielle (who has a serious knack for design herself) and she shared the specifics for which design specs she wanted incorporated into the project. For example, she knew she wanted to create a free-flowing and immersive experience, as opposed to “stack” of rectangular sections. She also wanted animations that would bring the page to life.
We designed Clout Collective’s site with vibrant colors, layered image assets, and sliding animations to create the scrapbook-like style Arielle had imagined.
